A Tribute to the Angel of Music
Details: Behind is the triumphant Allegory of Harmony which is outside the main entrance to the Paris Opera house. Top left, the symbol of the mask. Top right the letter 'E'; this has a double meaning - it is not only Erik's initial, but the fifth letter of the alphabet, thus symbolizing Box Five and the Fifth Cellar by reference of number. Right midsection; the rose, a symbol of love. Erik on the bottom right.
